Family tree trail to have autumnal makeover

We are giving our tree trail an autumnal theme for October half term. Families will be able to pick up an activity pack with map and crayons for tree rubbing from the Manor Café from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th October between 9am and 4pm.

The trail takes in eleven of our more notable trees, each of which is described on the map, along with some other points of interest. At the end of the trail, children can collect a small reward from the café, and are welcome to play on the picturesque Manor House lawn. Young children will need to be accompanied on the trail, as there are some roads and slow moving vehicles on the park, and we have beehives on one edge of the lawn.

The grounds are open until 6pm and are only a short walk from Crowmarsh Recreation Ground via a footpath passing our solar park. There is also ample free parking.

The family packs will only be available on weekdays during half term but the tree trail and café are open to the public on working weekdays. A leaflet can be picked up from the Manor Café.
