US Company Chooses Howbery Business Park as European Base

US company, Erchonia, the global leader in low level laser healthcare applications, has chosen Windrush Innovation Centre at Howbery Business Park to aid the company’s continued expansion into Europe.

The decision to establish a dedicated direct sales team at the Windrush Innovation Centre was an easy one for Erchonia Laser Ltd. The company needed a prestigious UK-base that provided all the necessary ‘backroom’ support to enable the team to drive their expansion into the very competitive European market and the Centre offered just that.

Julie Davies, Client Services Manager, said: “The Windrush Innovation Centre at Howbery Business Park is perfect for our needs. Expanding into Europe is a big undertaking for Erchonia and it’s essential that we don’t waste a single ‘man hour’. The Centre provides a totally functional office, complete with IT and phones, so we haven’t taken our eye off the ball once at this key time.”

The Park’s flexibility was key in the decision-making. In addition to running day-to-day operations from the Innovation Centre, Erchonia will be hosting clients and worldwide colleagues in the prestigious Manor House meeting rooms.

The stress-free functional 300 sq ft office at the Windrush Innovation Centre in an impressive location is just one of the perks for the company’s two full-time employees. When not liaising with Erchonia’s clients or their colleagues across Europe, the team enjoy all the benefits of Howbery Business Park’s 70 acres of parkland including the on-site gym and restaurant.

Howbery Business Park’s Chief Executive, John Ormston, is delighted that Erchonia has chosen the Park as their European-base, commenting;

“We are delighted that Erchonia has joined the community at Howbery Business Park. The company is using the site in exactly the manner we had hoped businesses would when we first developed our offer in 2011. The Windrush Innovation Centre offers the functional base for a growing business while the on-site services of conference facilities and the Manor House create the perfect backdrop for a company’s European headquarters.”
