Job opportunity – Catering Assistant – Howbery Park Estates

We are looking for a catering assistant to join our busy café and hospitality team to deliver a professional café and hospitality service to our clients who use the café and conference facilities within Howbery Business Park ensuring the highest standards at all times.

Monday-Friday 9:30am – 2:00pm (22.5 hours per week)
12 month Fixed Term Contract

About the role

You will be helping with our food service, providing counter service in the café, as well as delivering food and beverages to customers at the table. You will need to clear and clean tables in the café and outside dining area and help in the pot wash.

About you

Excellent customer services skills, good communication and organisational skills are required. Preferably you would have your food hygiene level 2 qualification and/or some experience in catering, although this is not essential as full training will be given.

You will be courteous and professional understanding the benefits of team work and mutual respect, readily accepting mentoring and training when and where required.
