Inspired to soar – an entrepreneur’s story

Entrepreneur Anna Plaster will give an inspirational talk about the highs and lows of her career and how mentoring has influenced it. Anna is based at the Eagle Lab at Cranfield University and most of her time is spent working on renewable energy, Blue Economy/aerospace related projects.

Why sleep matters

Davina Bannister, an experienced  executive coach and facilitator from Tessaro, will run a workshop based on the book “Why we sleep” by Matthew Walker. Davina will explore why sleep is more important for our health than diet or exercise. Hopefully her insights will  improve your sleep and possibly that of your children, elderly relatives or friends.
